great staff and location

There is no separate room for shower, so the toilet and sink are all wet after the shower. Also there is only cleaning service for the first day, do not know why they didn’t come again.

Passable.

It's located near the subway station, around a quiet neighbourhood. It is a walking distance to Hongdae, which is quite convenient.

The facilities in the room are good, but the size of the room is quite small. I don't have space to walk around after opening my luggage. Also, the check-in time is very late which is not very convenient.

Great location, restaurants, shopping, bars and close to a metro station. Helpful staff and nice looking rooms.

It is close to Hongdae’s busy streets. Staff were nice and helpful. The room was small, but great for 1 person!

Bed sheets, towels, slippers and curtains were not super clean and had some stains.

Comfortable stay.

Everything was clean. Lot of service. There was not only water in de fridge but also soda and ice tea. Really liked it they had face mask too to moisturizer the skin. Enough towels . Comfortable slippers

The bathroom was a little bit small and there were no closet in the room.

Friendly staff. Big comfy bed. Quiet but in a good location.

OK for the price

The staff was really nice and helpful, location is great, right next to all the action of Hongdae. Room is full of light, with high ceilings and big TV

Room was quite small, we barely had any space to open the suitcase and still be able to walk to the bed. Bathroom is tiny, you can literary do your business on the toilet and shower at the same time as there is no dedicated space for the shower, just a shower head in the middle of the bathroom. Bathroom also smelled stale and room could be cleaner.

Very good location, super tight bathroom, Dirty bed

Location - Very convenient. Close to hongdae shopping district and nightlife. Also a few minutes walk to Airport bus 6002.

Bathroom - The tightest, tiniest bathroom I’ve ever seen in my life. Bed sheets - SUPER dirty. There are stains everywhere, white sheets looks like they have been dragged/ stomped on. And because they can’t seem to clean it in the wash, they just use white paint to paint on fabric. INSANE. Hygiene is not the best trait for this hotel. My friend kept getting red and irritated eyes every time we get back to the room and was absolutely fine the rest of the day. I believe the room’s condition has to do with this. Would not recommend for anyone prone to allergies or have sensitive skin.
